About Me

E Powell: The work i have submitted is mainly the final outcomes of briefs set on the course i attend now. All ideas came from research and development in my sketchbooks, i have a broad range of techniques such as drawing, painting, computer work, and also using different mixed medias. I have always been interested in art and the creative sides of many things such as how posters, CD covers, websites, etc are designed and made. A few years back I became very interested in graphic design, spending hours looking at design on the Internet learning new things everyday. I like to go onto tutorial websites and either read write ups or watch clips on techniques I could use in my work and will improve my thought process and final designs. I look forward to attending your course and working to my full potential and being pushed further to expand my ideas. I feel that if i am pushed it will bring me outside of the box and my focus on work will be spot on, it will bring me new ideas and new experiences which can be combined into my work.
